Caring Healthcare is following the progression of the Coronavirus closely in order to stay informed and provide the most up to date and accurate information possible to our clients and employees. The impact of the Coronavirus is changing and evolving at a fast pace. We will do our best to adapt and communicate with all of you as needs and restrictions change. Please know we are keeping your health and safety at the forefront of our efforts to support you during this time. We believe that home remains the safest place for our clients and their loved ones. We want to help our clients remain at home, this limits possible outside exposure and lowers their risk for contracting Coronavirus, Flu, or any other communicable diseases.
Here are some steps we are actively taking for your protection. These steps are in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State Department of Health, and local and county authorities:
- Employees will continue to adhere to company policy & procedure for universal precautions and infection control.
- Employees will follow policy & procedures by staying home when they are sick and notifying the office if they are unable to report to work.
- We will continue ongoing communication with our personal care aides to assess known risk factors. Those considered to be high risk will be advised NOT to report to work.
